This study aims to analyze the relationships between digital competence, work motivation, and employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Land Office. Digital competence is operationalized through the ability to manage information, communicate and collaborate, create digital content, ensure security, and solve digital problems. Work motivation encompasses the direction, intensity, and persistence of effort. Employee performance is assessed in terms of task performance, contextual performance, and counterproductive work behavior. This study employs an explanatory quantitative approach using a cross-sectional survey design. The study population consists of 60 employees, comprising 22 civil servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil/PNS) and 38 government employees under employment agreements (Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja/PPPK). A census sampling technique was employed, whereby all members of the population were included as research respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that digital competence and work motivation have positive and statistically significant effects on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the importance of developing digital competence in accordance with job requirements and strengthening work motivation to improve employee performance.
